1. Rules. All matches shall be played in accordance with the Laws of the game as laid down by the International Football Association Board, as issued by F.I.F.A and in accordance with the rules of the FAČR.
The organising club, above, has received the necessary permission from the FAČR to host an international tournament.
The organizing club shall form an organizing committee (tournament committee) which shall be responsible for all arrangements in connection with the competition.
2. Referees. All matches will be controlled by referees affiliated to the FAČR. Each team must designate one person to act as linesman.
3. Teams. Teams sanctioned by their national football association are entitled to participate in this tournament.
4. Team Leader. Every team must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age). The name, address and date of birth of this adult must be printed clearly on his team's registration sheet. This adult will be deemed to be the team leader and he will be responsible for the behaviour of his players on and off the field. He will be held responsible for the actions of his team within the sports complex and within all other facilities available to the group.
5. Age categories/dispensations.
U19 Boys born on or after 01.01.05
U17 Boys born on or after 01.01.07
U16 Boys born on or after 01.01.08
U15 Boys born on or after 01.01.09
U14 Boys born on or after 01.01.10
U13 Boys born on or after 01.01.11
U12 Boys born on or after 01.01.12
U11 Boys born on or after 01.01.13
U10 Boys born on or after 01.01.14
Due to different deadlines, set by national soccer associations for category U19, the tournament
organizer has granted dispensation for teams from Italy (5 players born after 01.01.04), Switzerland,
Belgium and Luxemburg (all players born after 01.01.04) and USA (all players born after 01.08.04).
All categories: teams from Denmark: 2 players born on/after 1.10. of the year before.
Age Control. Prior to commencement of the tournament the team leader must submit to the tournament committee a registration sheet which contains the full name, date of birth and shirt number of every player in his team. All players must provide proof of their age and identity. They may be asked to show this proof at any time.
6. Duration of Play.
The game duration is 2x 15 minutes for all categories.
7. Placing matches - preliminary rounds.
The final positions of teams in the preliminary rounds will be determined by the number of points attained. The points system applied will be: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss. Where teams are level on points in their group the following will apply:
1) goal difference
2) most goals scored
3) the result of the mutual match
4) the drawing of lots.
Placing matches - intermediate rounds. In the event of a draw, penalty kicks will be taken in accordance with the system laid down by the International Football Association Board in order to determine the winners.
Placing - finals. In the event of a draw, penalty kicks will be taken. In the first phase of the shootout, each team takes 3 penalty kicks, each kick must be taken by a different player. In the event of a tie in the penalty shootout, a series of one penalty kick follows until the decision (shooters can repeat).
8. Team Sheets and Substitutions.
Prior to each game the team leader must hand to the referee a team sheet which must give each player's name, number and date of birth (including substitutions). 5 substitutions are allowed during a game - always in an interrupted game after reporting to the referee. One player can be substituted several times during the match, but each substitution is counted in the total number of 5. The exception is for categories U13/9, U12/9, U11/7, U10/7, where players can be changed anytime during the game (there is no limitations of substitutions
9. Every team is obliged to bring a second choice strip of contrasting colour. If, according to the referee, before the start of the match, the colours are too similar then the team mentioned first in the programme must change.
10. Discipline.
committee will be notified immediately after the match by the referee.
Note: All misconduct reports arising from the tournament will be forwarded to the National Association of the host club who will forward these reports to the National Associations concerned.
In case of group matches ( = placing matches - preliminary rounds) all results of a team (also already finished games) will be rendered invalid in the following cases:
- if that team is late for a game without a valid reason,
- if that team uses an ineligible player,
- if the referee has to abandon a game due to misconduct
of players of that team.
In the intermediate- and final rounds (if there is no question of group matches) the team concerned looses in the cases mentioned automatically its match with the result 0-3.
11. Protests. The referee's decision in all matters concerning points of play shall be final and binding, therefore protests in this area are not accepted. All other protests should be made only by the responsible team leader to the tournament committee no later than 15 minutes after the match.
The tournament committee's decision on all protests is final and binding. The tournament committee also decides in cases not foreseen in these tournament rules.
12. Schedule. The tournament committee has the right to alter the competition schedule should unforeseen circumstances occur.
13. Responsibility. It is the responsibility of each team to make sure that adequate insurance cover is provided for their players. The tournament organizers and Euro-Sportring are not responsible for damage to, and loss or theft of possessions or equipment of participants or clubs. They are also not responsible for personal harm or injury to participants.

1. Zasady. Wszystkie mecze będą rozgrywane zgodnie z zasadami określonymi orzez Międzynarodową Federację Piłki Nożnej FIFA oraz z zasadami Czeskiego Związku Piłki Nożnej FAČR.
Organizator otrzymał niezbędne pozwolenie od FAČR na organizację międzynarodowego turnieju piłkarskiego.
Organizator tworzy komitet organizacyjny (komitet turniejowy), który odpowiada za wszelkie ustalenia związane z rozgrywkami.
2. Sędziowie. Wszystkie mecze będą prowadzone przez sędziów zrzeszonych w Czeskim Związku Piłki Nożnej FAČR. Każda drużyna musi wyznaczyć jedną osobą podczas meczu, która będzie pełniła rolę sędziego liniowego.
3. Drużyny. Zespoły zrzeszone w związkach piłkarskich są upoważnione do uczestniczenia w Turnieju.
4. Trenerzy. Każdemu zespołowi musi towarzyszyć pełnoletni opiekun (powyżej 18 roku życia). Imię, adres oraz data urodzenia tej osoby muszą być wyraźnie określone na karcie rejestracji zespołu.
Osoba ta będzie uznawana za opiekuna drużyny i będzie ona odpowiedzialna za zachowanie jej zawodników na boisku oraz poza nim. Będzie ona także odpowiedzialna za zachowanie zawodników na terenie kompleksu sportowego oraz innych obiektów dostępnych dla grupy.
5. Kategorie wiekowe.
U19 Chłopcy urodzeni w lub po 01.01.05
U17 Chłopcy urodzeni w lub po 01.01.07
U16 Chłopcy urodzeni w lub po 01.01.08
U15 Chłopcy urodzeni w lub po 01.01.09
U14 Chłopcy urodzeni w lub po 01.01.10
U13 Chłopcy urodzeni w lub po 01.01.11
U12 Chłopcy urodzeni w lub po 01.01.12
U11 Chłopcy urodzeni w lub po 01.01.13

Ze względu na różne terminy ustalone przez krajowe federacje piłkarskie dla U19, organizator turnieju wprowadza wyjątki dla drużyn z Włoch (5 zawodników urodzony po 01.01.04), Szwajcarii, Belgii i Luxemburga (wszyscy zawodnicy urodzeni po 01.01.04) oraz USA (wszyscy zawodnicy urodzeni po 01.08.04).
Wszystkie kategorie: drużyny z Danii - 2 zawodników urodzonych w/po 1.10. roku poprzedniego.
Kontrola wieku.
Przed rozpoczęciem turnieju Opiekun Drużyny ma obowiązek złożyć do Komitetu Turnieju kartę zespołu, która zawiera imię i nazwisko, datę urodzenia oraz numer na koszulce każdego członka zespołu.
Wszyscy zawodnicy muszą posiadać dokument potwierdzający ich wiek oraz tożsamość. Każdy zawodnik może być poproszony o okazanie dokumentu tożsamości w każdym momencie. Jeden zawodnik może uczestniczyć tylko w jednym zespole.
6. Czas trwania meczu.
2 x 15 min
7. Kolejność - mecze fazy grupowej:
Ostateczne pozycje drużyn po rundzie wstępnej zostaną ustalone na podstawie liczby zdobytych punktów. Stosowany będzie następujący podział punktów: 3 punkty za zwycięstwo, 1 punkt za remis, 0 punktów za porażkę.
W przypadku, gdy dwie lub więcej drużyn zakończy rozgrywki z równą liczbą punktów, o kolejności w tabeli decyduje odpowiednio:
1) różnica bramek
2) liczba strzelonych goli
3) wynik meczu bezpośredniego pomiędzy zainteresowanymi drużynami
4) losowanie
Kolejność - mecze fazy eliminacyjnej: W przypadku remisu, w celu wyłonienia zwycięzcy meczu, zostanie przeprowadzony konkurs rzutów karnych zgodnie z zasadami FIFA.
Kolejność - mecze finałowe: W przypadku remisu zwycięzcy wyłonieni zostaną w wyniku rzutów karnych. W pierwszej fazie serii rzutów karnych każda drużyna wykonuje 3 rzuty karne, każdy rzut musi wykonać inny zawodnik. W przypadku remisu w serii rzutów karnych następuje seria jednego rzutu karnego aż do rozstrzygnięcia (strzelcy mogą powtórzyć).
8. Karty drużyn oraz zmiany.
Przed każdym meczem Opiekun Drużyny ma obowiązek potwierdzić u sędziego protokół meczowy, w którym musi zatwierdzić skład zespołu, datę urodzenia zawodników oraz ich numery koszulek (łącznie z zawodnikami rezerwowymi).
Zmiana zawodników dopuszczalna jest maksymalnie 5 razy – zawsze w przerwanej grze po zgłoszeniu się sędziemu. Jeden zawodnik może zostać zmieniony kilka razy w trakcie meczu, ale każda zmiana jest wliczana do całkowitej liczby zmian.
W kategoriach U10/7, U11/7, U12/9 oraz U13/9 limit zmian nie obowiązuje. Możliwe są tu zmiany powrotne. Zawsze następuje zmiana podczas przerwanej gry na polecenie sędziego
9. Stroje. Każdy zespół uczestniczący w rozgrywkach jest zobligowany do posiadania drugiego kompletu stroju o innym kolorze. W przypadku, gdy oba zespoły mają podobne kolory strojów, drużyna oznaczona, jako „gospodarz” jest zobligowana do zmiany.
10. Dyscyplina.
Uwaga: Raport o niewłaściwym zachowaniu zostanie przesłany do Czeskiego Związku Piłki Nożnej, skąd zostanie następnie przekierowany do narodowego związku piłkarskiego, którego sprawa dotyczy.
Wynik zespołu zostaje uznany za nieważny, w przypadku:
- gdy zespół nie przybędzie na mecz, bez uzasadnionego powodu,
- gdy w zespole wystąpi nieuprawniony zawodnik,
- gdy sędzia jest zmuszony przerwać mecz z powodu nieodpowiedniego zachowania członków zespołu.
W przypadkach określonych powyżej, zespół automatycznie przegrywa mecz w stosunku 0:3 (walkower).
11. Protesty.
Decyzje sędziego we wszystkich kwestiach związanych z grą należy uznać za ostateczne i wiążące; z tego względu protesty w tych kwestiach nie są przyjmowane. Wszelkie protesty powinny być zgłoszone tylko przez odpowiedniego opiekuna drużyny do sędziego, nie później niż tuż po zakończeniu meczu. Sędzia ma obowiązek zgłosić protest do Komitetu Turnieju. Decyzja Komitetu dla każdego protestu jest ostateczna i wiążąca. Komitet Turnieju decyduje także we wszystkich kwestiach nieokreślonych w niniejszym regulaminie.
12. Harmonogram rozgrywek. Komitet Turniejowy ma prawo zmienić harmonogram rozgrywek w razie nieprzewidzianych okoliczności.
13. Odpowiedzialność.
Jest odpowiedzialnością każdego zespołu, aby zapewnić właściwe ubezpieczenie dla osoby wchodzącej w skład zespołu. Organizatorzy Turnieju oraz Euro-Sportring nie są odpowiedzialni za zniszczenia, zgubienie lub kradzież własności lub sprzętu uczestników lub klubu. Nie odpowiadają oni także za krzywdy ani kontuzje uczestników.
